Store Policies

BY MAKING ANY PURCHASE THROUGH US YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO ALL OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS POLICY.

ORDERING
We will process your order as soon as possible. When your order is complete and your information is verified through PayPal, our payment processor, your order will be packaged and shipped. Shipping and handling usually happens within 48 hours unless you have made a purchase over the weekend or holiday, then it will be shipped the next business day. We will email your tracking number (when available) to you. Our shipping is always insured but we are not responsible for delays once the package leaves our location to be shipped to yours. Please see our shipping and handling section for further details.

STOCK QUANTITIES + BACKORDERS
In the event that an item you have ordered becomes unavailable, we can put certain items on backorder and notify you when the item is back in stock. Please contact us if you do not see your desired size in any item. Our website reflects items that are in-stock and ready to ship; items cannot be added to your cart when they are out of stock.

PAYMENT
We accept payment through Paypal only. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use this system. We do not refund Paypal fees for returns.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
In the rare instance you are not happy with your purchased item and a return is necessary, please follow these steps in order to return your item. This is essential to ensure that you are properly credited for your return. Items shipped back to us without proper notice will be rejected. Refunds will be issued through Paypal upon receipt and our inspection of your purchase.

We will be happy to exchange an item for a different size or another product. Please refer to the sizes and measurements in the descriptions for clothing and hat size details. This will help to insure that your order is the correct size. Our products are custom made and sizes may differ from other clothing manufacturers.

  1. Contact us within 3 days of the delivery date of your package.
  2. The item must be returned  within 7 days of the delivery date of the package and must be fully insured for original purchase price.
  • We do not refund shipping and handling fees or insurance fees in either direction.  You will be responsible for shipping and insurance fees in the event of a return or exchange.
  • We do not refund credit card or paypal fees in a return.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped.   There must be no sign of the item being worn, such as but not limited to: make-up, deodorant, cigarette/cigar smoke, animal hair, food or drink stains, perfume/cologne odor, etc.

A NOTE ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
All of our items are brand-new unless otherwise specified. Occasionally, we may sell vintage items and these will be noted in the product description. Vintage items often have a natural patina from age; any patina/flaws will also be carefully noted. Please contact us for ANY questions before your purchase.
